Who is responsible

Data and purpose
The app reads heart rate, calories (kcal), steps and distance to show match activity statistics. It calculates heart-rate averages, peaks, time in zones, heart rate at points and recovery after a match. Accelerometer readings estimate swings when the watch is on your playing hand; raw accelerometer readings are processed in memory, rather than saved as a recording. Wear status helps ignore readings when the watch is off your wrist. The app reads workout heart-rate zone settings and may try to read profile age to estimate zones if those settings are unavailable; age is not saved by the app.
The app also saves team names, sport, rules, point scores, serving information, match times, activity summaries and personal records so you can resume a match and view your history. Health values are estimates, not medical measurements.
On-watch storage
Health and match data stay in the app's local storage on your watch. Pro Counter+ does not send them to a phone or server. We run no health-data server and use no analytics or third-party advertising SDK. The payment connection described below sends licensing metadata only. The lock screen mentions Padel Counter, our own free app; it is not a third-party advertising service.
This notice describes Pro Counter+ only. Sensor data already held by Zepp OS, the Zepp app, platform backups and other apps are subject to those providers' settings and policies.
Payment and trial verification
KiezelPay handles payment, trial verification and unlocking through the phone-side service. Licence checks use an encrypted HTTPS connection and send the product ID, a random installation identifier, watch model, platform and library version, trial and purchase flags, and a request timestamp. The service also receives the connection’s IP address. These requests contain no health readings, team names, scores, age or raw motion data. Licensing information stored on the phone includes the installation timestamp, identifier, watch model, trial duration, licence status, validity and check times, and payment code. The watch also stores the model, licence status and payment code.
At checkout, KiezelPay and its payment providers process the information you supply for payment and receipts. Their processing, retention and rights procedures are described in KiezelPay's privacy policy. Deleting watch history does not delete purchase records held by KiezelPay. Contact KiezelPay for those records; do not send card details or health history to us.
Retention and deletion
Match history is limited to the latest 30 matches; storage pressure can reduce it further. Local live-match state and personal records remain until replaced, cleared where supported, or the app is uninstalled. In Settings, tap Clear history, then tap again to confirm. This removes saved match history and personal records; it does not remove the current/live match, names, settings or payment records. To remove all Pro Counter+ data stored on the watch, uninstall the app. This does not erase source sensor records in Zepp OS or KiezelPay's phone-side/server records. You can uninstall even after the trial locks the app; Settings may be inaccessible while locked.
Children
The app is not directed at children. A parent or guardian should supervise use and purchases and check the minimum age and account conditions in KiezelPay's terms. We do not knowingly receive children's health data. A parent or guardian must provide any consent required by applicable law before a child uses health features.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, under the Swiss FADP (nDSG) and EU GDPR. Contact us at hello@argyoapps.ch. We cannot remotely access or erase on-watch history and the app currently has no export function. You may complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local EU/EEA supervisory authority. Requests about checkout data should also be addressed to KiezelPay.
This website
These legal pages use no tracking cookies, advertising, analytics, external fonts, scripts or embeds. All page resources are served from argyoapps.ch. The site and our mailbox are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. The host keeps technical delivery and security logs, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, on its own retention schedule. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond. Please do not send health history or payment-card details.
