Price and trial

The advertised price for Pro Counter+ is USD 2.99, with a 7-day trial. KiezelPay provides the trial duration and purchase terms; check them before starting a trial or purchase. After the trial, the app locks until purchased through KiezelPay. An unfinished match is allowed to finish before the lock appears. About & legal remains available from the lock page. The trial does not authorize an automatic charge. Review the final checkout total, including any applicable taxes or payment fees, before confirming payment.

Purchase and refunds

Purchases, licence recovery and refunds are handled by KiezelPay under its End User Terms and Conditions, section A: Payments, Taxes, and Refund Policy. Those terms allow refunds up to 30 days after initial payment. Request refunds from KiezelPay, following its refund guidance and support contact. We do not offer a separate refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply, including any withdrawal, conformity or refund rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Review any digital-content withdrawal consent requested at checkout; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Health and safe use

Not a medical device; values are estimates; stop if you feel unwell. The app is for recreational scoring and activity information. Do not use it to diagnose, treat or monitor a medical condition or to make medical decisions. Sensor readings and swing counts can be unavailable or inaccurate. Seek appropriate medical help if needed.

Data and availability

See the privacy policy. History is stored locally, with no app-operated backup or export. Clearing history or uninstalling removes data as described there. Availability depends on compatible hardware, Zepp OS and KiezelPay's payment service. These terms do not remove statutory remedies for defective digital content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the amount paid for Pro Counter+. This limit does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. No disclaimer limits rights under mandatory Swiss or EU consumer law.
