A budget app for any currency, with taxes optional

Three things to check before you commit

Budgeting in more than one currency

The simplest rule: one plan, one currency. If you earn and spend in euros, run a euro plan. If you also save in francs or dollars, keep a second plan for it and compare once a month, rather than converting every purchase.

Converting at a daily rate gives you precise numbers that mean little. A monthly check at one rate you write down is easier to keep up and good enough to steer by.

Taxes: include them, or leave them out

Whether your budget should include taxes depends on how you pay them.

How SwissBudget+ handles it

SwissBudget+ was built for Swiss households, and it still works anywhere. You choose CHF, EUR or USD, or type your own currency code. If a plan is not in francs, the Swiss tax estimate and the Pillar 3a and health-insurance checks switch off automatically. In Switzerland you can turn the tax reserve off in your profile.

What remains is a plain budget: income, bills, goals and savings. Everything stays on your phone, with no account and no ads. It is free on Android.
